To whom it may concern,
I would very much like to thank the council in supporting me with the give up smoking clinic and would also very much like to thank Emma for all the support she gave me while giving up smoking she was great with all her advice and encouragement it was immensely helpful and helped me give up after forty years of smoking.

I was very pleased with the service given. I had failed when using NRT, so having also tried hypnosis and the CARR method with no joy, I asked Martin Manly to put me onto the champix treatment. He agreed with me and I have now given up smoking! Many thanks to the service and Martin.
