TITAN PCN HEALTH AND WELLBEING PROMOTION EVENT – HOUGHTON REGIS

The Titan Primary Care Network is organising an event with the purpose to help educate the local population, create awareness of local services and provide interactive stations to aid in varying aspects of health and wellbeing.

The Titian team are keen to ensure that the focus of the event remains heart failure , cancer with a focus on early intervention via annual health checks.

As part of this event, members of the stop smoking service will be present to provide stop smoking advice, resources, and Carbon monoxide reading to the public in and around Houghton Regis attending the event.

The event will be held on 26/09/2022 between the hours of 2pm and 4pm, at Farmstead Linmere, Hackett Street, Houghton Regis, LU5 5GX.
